Feels like forever since I last posted. Okay, back to B Cubed Book Two: Bred. When last we left Rothguard, he'd just witnessed his good buddy Isaac's death at the hands of the Borns he was created to protect. What does the cruel hand of fate have in store for him now?
The Task Master’s dark eyes gleamed with an unholy light. “You have been chosen by the Overlord’s wife, Bred. Feel honored.”
Dread pooled in his stomach. “Chosen for what?”
The Task Master just shoved him forward, laughing all the while.
Oh, so intriguing. I want to know what he's been chosen for, especially with a name like Bred.
ReplyDeleteOk. That sounds just a little ominous. And I'm with Jessica, the name "Bred" just brings up all sorts of intriguing ideas.
